This webinar will provide an overview of the findings of national and international studies and publications on information literacy among seniors. Specifics will include information literacy among persons 65+ with a focus on health information, social media and scams targeted at the elderly.
Information provided will include verified health-related sources to provide to senior patrons, sources on how the elderly can learn to use social media and an up-to-date list of various types of senior-targeted scams.
