Course Summary
A common misconception is that the Talking Book Program (TBP) is just
for those who are blind. In fact, it is more than just that. It includes
those who have physical disability and a reading disability. Recent
legislation, Texas Senate Bill 2075, made it a requirement that a school
district notify certain parents or guardians about the Talking Book
Program at the Texas State Library and Archives Commission. Jaclyn
Owusu, public awareness coordinator with TBP will present information
